FINANCIAL and DOWNLOADS

You don't need an expensive accounting program to keep track of your financial records. You can. Start with something as simple as an excel spreadsheet that I will happily send you. This spreadsheet assumes a separate business bank account. With online banking this is the single most important thing you can do to reduce your record keeping and tax advisor fees and will allow your advisor to spend more time advising you than making or correcting records. It's also the second most important thing to do in order to minimize your risks in an IRS Audit.
